How we keep it fair
- Sealing is on the product page. A product page says factory sealed only when that product's record says so.
- Clear prices. The price you see on the product is the price you pay. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
- A ship-by date you can hold us to. A preorder that misses the ship-by date on the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Email support@tcgslayer.io with your order reference.
- Tracked shipping. To keep supply steady and prices low, TCG Slayer works with a number of sourcing partners, both third-party sellers and distributors. Your order may ship from us, from a retailer, or from one of our sourcing partners.
