1. Sponsor
Sandbox Strategies LLC DBA TCG Slayer, 13130 56th Ct N #608, Clearwater, FL 33760 ("Sponsor").
2. Promotion Period
Entries open on October 17, 2026, when this Official Rules page and the official entry post are first published (the actual publish time in Eastern Time controls), and close at 11:59 PM ET on November 6, 2026 (America/New_York) (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before the open or after the close are void. Sponsor's records and timestamp at close control for entry timing.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the contiguous (lower-48) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories and possessions, and all locations outside the contiguous (lower-48) United States and the District of Columbia are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor's officers, owners, members, employees, and partners acting on Sponsor's behalf, and members of their immediate family or household, are not eligible. Sponsor may verify age, residency, and eligibility before awarding the prize. An entrant who cannot be verified is ineligible.
4. How to Enter
On a participating platform — a platform where Sponsor posts an official giveaway entry post that links to these Official Rules — publicly comment or reply NIGHT on the official entry post during the Promotion Period. That comment or reply is the only entry.
Limit one (1) entry per person per platform. A person who enters on more than one participating platform receives one entry for each platform entry, subject to this limit. All entries across participating platforms form one combined entry pool for one (1) winner.
Like, follow, share, tag, and repost are not entries. They are not required to enter, they give no extra entries, and they do not improve your chances of winning. If a post asks you to share or tag to help spread the word, that request is voluntary only: "Comment NIGHT to enter — that's the only entry. Share/tag if you want to help spread the word; it's optional, not an entry, and won't affect your chances."
Your NIGHT comment or reply must be public and remain public through winner verification so Sponsor can see and count it. Deleted, private, hidden, or platform-filtered comments or replies that Sponsor cannot see in its record at the close of the Promotion Period do not count. No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collection — Night (sealed). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299.99.
The prize is prize-only. No cash alternative is offered, and the winner may not elect cash or any cash substitute. No substitution is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for all taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
Sponsor will ship the prize free of charge by a tracked carrier service to the verified winner's street address in the contiguous (lower-48) United States or the District of Columbia within 14 business days after winner verification is complete, and will provide the tracking number to the winner. A street address is required; Sponsor is not required to ship to a P.O. Box, or to any address outside the contiguous (lower-48) United States and the District of Columbia.
6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection, Notification, and Claim
On or before 11:59 PM ET on November 8, 2026 (America/New_York), Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor will notify the potential winner by direct message from Sponsor's official account on the platform of entry and/or by email if the entrant provided an email address to Sponsor. Entrants should check their messages, message requests, and spam/filtered folders. The potential winner must claim the prize within 48 hours after Sponsor sends the notification, as shown by the sent timestamp in Sponsor's records.
To claim, the potential winner must reply as instructed and provide Sponsor with their full legal name, confirmation that they were 18 or older at the time of entry and are a legal resident of the contiguous (lower-48) United States or the District of Columbia, an email address and/or phone number for fulfilment, and a deliverable street shipping address within the eligible geography in Section 5, and must complete any verification information or document Sponsor reasonably requires to confirm eligibility.
If a potential winner does not claim within 48 hours, cannot be verified, is ineligible, or declines the prize, that potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. An alternate potential winner will have the same 48-hour claim window from Sponsor's alternate notification. This process may repeat until a winner is verified or no eligible entries remain; if no winner is verified, the prize will not be awarded.
Sponsor will announce the winner only after the winner has claimed and been verified. Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial and/or platform handle and city/state.
8. Disqualification
Sponsor may disqualify an entry or entrant if Sponsor determines, using its records, that: the same person used multiple accounts on the same platform to enter more than once; an entry was made by a bot, script, or other automated means; an entry was fraudulent, deceptive, or made in violation of these Official Rules or the applicable platform's terms; the comment or reply was not public and visible to Sponsor at the close of the Promotion Period; or the entrant cannot be verified as eligible at claim. If a disqualified entrant was selected as a potential winner, Sponsor may select an alternate under Section 7. Sponsor's determination on entry validity and eligibility, made from its records, will be used to administer the drawing.
9. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this giveaway — including platform handles, comments, and information a potential winner provides for claim, verification, and shipping — will be used to administer this giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://tcgslayer.io/privacy. By entering, you agree to that use for administration of this giveaway.
10. Platform and Pokémon Non-Affiliation
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, X, or Bluesky. By entering, entrants release Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Bluesky from any responsibility for this giveaway.
TCG Slayer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, platform failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, subject to any notice required by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, filtered, deleted, or undeliverable comments, replies, direct messages, or emails, or for platform outages or changes, in each case to the extent permitted by law. If any part of these Official Rules is held unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.
To request the winner's name (first name and last initial and city/state, or platform handle), email support@tcgslayer.io within 30 days after the winner is verified.
12. Governing Law
These Official Rules and this giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this giveaway must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
