How the presale works
You are placing a pre-order with TCG Slayer, an independent shop. The price you see on the product is the price you pay. Shipping is shown at checkout.
A presale that misses the ship-by date on the order can be cancelled for a full refund. A release day on the product is the day we expect stock, not a second promise.
TCG Slayer is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the publishers or owners of the games and brands we sell, including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., Disney, Ravensburger, Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, Wizards of the Coast, and Hasbro; all product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Common questions
Can I preorder Pokémon TCG sealed product and get a full refund if it ships late?
Yes. A TCG Slayer preorder that misses the ship-by date on the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Email support@tcgslayer.io with your order reference and we'll process it. Ships within 7 business days. If we can't ship by then, we'll email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
When does a pre-order release, and when will it ship?
The release day and the ship-by date are on the product page and on your order. A product with no date does not show one.
What happens if my presale misses its ship-by date?
You can cancel the order and get a full refund of what you paid. Email support@tcgslayer.io with your order reference. The pre-order terms say the date does not refund the order by itself. We refund it when we process your request. We do not set how many days a bank takes to show the credit.
Can I cancel before it ships?
Before the order ships, email support@tcgslayer.io with your order reference. The pre-order terms describe that cancellation. Once a box has shipped, it cannot be cancelled in transit. See /preorder-terms and /shipping.
Will I get the edition I choose?
Yes. Each named edition is its own item, and you pick it at checkout.
When am I charged?
At checkout. This is a paid pre-order, not a waitlist. Card checkout is handled by Stripe.
Are there fees or shipping costs on top?
Shipping is shown at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout. Your exact total is shown before you pay.
Is TCG Slayer part of Pokémon Center or The Pokémon Company?
No. TCG Slayer is an independent shop, and your pre-order is with us. We are not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, or GAME FREAK.
